I work closely with you to create a day that is beautifully thought out, seamlessly executed but most importantly true to your vision and capturing the real spirit of the Highlands.

- You can reach out at any time – I offer Unlimited Calls and Emails/WhatsApp Messages for support and guidance so that you feel re-assured and valued.
- I provide recommendations for venues and suppliers being mindful of budget and requirements. I will then make all the enquiries and negotiate terms and contracts on your behalf.
- I love the joy of matching each couple with the most fitting suppliers who will bring your vision to life. I confirm all the details with each vendor and provide them all with a checklist and contact details so everyone knows where they need to be and when.
- I provide budget information so that you keep on top of payments and when they are due.
- I put together your wedding day timeline and finalise all the logistics.
- I will be there on your wedding day to manage all supplier setups and oversee the smooth flow of events. I’ll handle timekeeping, coordinate transportation, and ensure your guests are well taken care of throughout the day.
- Includes Master of Ceremonies duties, ensuring a seamless flow of events and keeping guests engaged and informed.
- I will be the main contact for all suppliers and will work with the venue team / caterers / florist to style the ceremony / reception areas with a minimum of 8 hours coordination on the day.
- I will direct the rehearsal (if required) and also the ceremony processional on the day.
- Creating unforgettable experiences for you and your guests is my passion. I’m here to assist with everything from recommending and booking accommodations to planning Highland tours, curating unique adventures, and designing custom itineraries. I’d also love to help prepare thoughtful welcome bags or gifts to ensure everyone feels warmly greeted upon arrival.
- I’ll guide and support with incorporating personal touches into your day, ensuring it is a one-of-a-kind celebration that truly reflects you—whether that means honouring cherished family traditions, embracing cultural customs, or weaving in meaningful details that tell your story.
- I will also take care of arranging wedding accessories such as place cards, gifts, the guest book, favours, and assist with pinning buttonholes and corsages to ensure every little detail is taken care of.
