Anisha was so helpful through every step of the wedding process. As we were coming to Scotland from the States, having our planner based in Scotland was so helpful for finding all of our vendors, contacting them, and even submitting payments to them, which otherwise can be so tricky with international bank fees. It was also so helpful to mail things to Anisha ahead of time, so there was less we had to travel with on planes.

On the day of our wedding, Anisha ensured all went smoothly and was always there to help us out with anything we needed. Her set-up of our wedding reception was absolutely beautiful. We can’t recommend Anisha enough!

We were so happy to have Anisha plan our wedding, without her we have no idea how we would have successfully pulled off an overseas wedding. Every step of the way it felt like she really listened to us and what we wanted in the ceremony then came back with excellent options and recommendations.

Between the venue, transportation, photographer, videographer, florist, and makeup artist she seemed to not only know everyone available in the area, but the best people in the area. She even found a local community center near our venue and coordinated getting extra chairs when we found out there wasn’t enough seating for our outdoor ceremony. That is just one example of something that Anisha saw ahead of time, knew how to handle and kept from becoming an issue on the day. And on the day, while everything was a blur to us it was a blur of happiness and joy, free of any worries or problems because Anisha coordinated everything on our behalf. Because of all the time we spent talking about what we wanted she knew exactly how to run everything on the day.

Anisha is simply the best wedding planner we could have ever asked for.
We reached out to her a little over a year before our wedding, and from the very beginning, she was fully invested. She immediately helped us choose our amazing vendors and managed all the back-and-forth communication to get them booked. She made the entire process feel easy and smooth. We never had to worry about a single detail being missed—Anisha always had every base covered.

I had so many questions across all areas of the wedding, and she always responded promptly, clearly, and helpfully. I felt completely in the loop at every stage, without having to carry any of the stress. A few months into planning, Anisha knew what decisions we’d make before we even made them. It was incredibly reassuring to have her as a sounding board who deeply understood our style and vision—and reflected that in every piece of advice she gave.

Anisha is not only an exceptional planner, she’s also one of the kindest and loveliest people we’ve ever met. She truly cared about us and our wedding, and we feel so fortunate to have had her by our side throughout the process. As an international couple, we relied heavily on her for everything we couldn’t do in person. Anisha went above and beyond—touring our venue, making thoughtful suggestions, and learning every detail of the space. She also took care of so many location-specific logistics, like the welcome gifts, stationery, and floral coordination.

Anisha was also our day-of coordinator, and she handled everything so we didn’t have to stress at all. When my mom’s dress malfunctioned just before the ceremony, Anisha calmly coordinated around the delay without missing a beat. Every detail of the day was executed exactly as we had envisioned. When we walked past her after the ceremony, just seeing her had me burst into happy tears. That moment alone says everything about how much she meant to us.
She truly goes above and beyond. She hand-cut and tied every velvet ribbon for the napkins at our place settings and she made sure it looked perfect. It was so important for us to have a Lebanese zaffe for the wedding to honor my husband’s heritage (a hard find in Scotland!) and Anisha made it happen! I wish I could list every single small thing she did for us — but I simply couldn’t name them all.

We were often asked, “Isn’t wedding planning so stressful?” and we could genuinely answer, “Nope! We’re not stressed at all—because Anisha is amazing.” She made not just the wedding day, but the entire planning process fun and stress-free.

We truly cannot imagine a better planner than Anisha. She is the best at what she does—and simply one of the best humans out there as well.

At first, we were unsure about whether to hire a planner. However, given that our wedding was arranged at short notice and we were coordinating everything from a distance, we decided to move forward and we are so grateful that we found Anisha!

Anisha has a wealth of local knowledge, and although securing certain suppliers on short notice was sometimes difficult, she alleviated much of the stress and was a reassuring presence in the lead-up to our special day. She was always just a message away, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her. Anisha liaised seamlessly with our venues and suppliers, ensuring that everything was organised well in advance.

The evening before the wedding, we encountered a catering issue, but Anisha immediately took charge of the situation and resolved the matter swiftly and effectively.

On the day itself, Anisha truly shone. Our guests loved her energy, she organised everything with ease and when a couple of things went awry, she went above and beyond, thinking quickly on her feet (and was literally quick on her feet sprinting across the venue) to find a solution.

Anisha played a huge part in making our wedding day feel so special. By the end of the experience, she didn’t just feel like our planner, she felt like a friend.

Anisha was a pure joy to be around and work with! We are from the U.S. and travelled to Scotland to have a small wedding with close friends and family. Let me begin by saying, if you’re looking to get married in the Scottish Highlands, do yourself a favor and hire Highland Weddings!

I am from San Diego, California and was planning a destination wedding at Eilean Donan Castle in Kyle of Lochalsh and was doing it all myself from across the planet. As amazing as planning a wedding in Scotland sounds, it was super difficult to connect with vendors during their business hours while in the states. I was getting worried as my wedding was quickly approaching and was still missing some key elements for the day.

Thankfully I was referred to Anisha at Highland Weddings by another amazing vendor in the area about 6 weeks before my wedding (I know super short notice but I had just had a baby and all that goes with that) and let me tell you, SHE SAVED MY WEDDING!!! Not only is Anisha super responsive, she’s also SUPER kind and will go above and beyond for her clients. She and I spoke and I handed over the reins to her. She got all the vendors finalized and taken care of while helping me plan the tour the day before as well as the rehearsal dinner. She also made amazing suggestions in terms of food for us and our guests before and during the day of the wedding. I had family drama (of course) and she helped me stay calm while kindly removing the people bothering without them knowing they were bothering me lol.

Anisha also went above and beyond after the wedding helping me get everything I’d sent to her prior to the wedding back to the States. She knows everyone in the area and has a great working relationship with them all. That told me that she’s great at what she does before we worked together. She’s truly amazing!! She was a great listening ear and I truly believe has turned from a vendor to a true friend. I would definitely hire her again for our vow renewal!!

Anisha, thank you for everything you have done for us during the year and a half of organising our wedding, thank you for your calmness, your direction, your advice, the absolutely amazing team of people you recommended, for meeting up with us a few times, for always being so positive, understanding and accepting of feedback… and letting us be ourselves! Planning our wedding from the states felt so much better because of Anisha! She was wonderful to work with and her local recommendations truly made our day feel authentic and special. Anisha was extraordinary!
We planned an elopement in Scotland from the US and she worked with us every step of the way to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect recommendations on venues, photography, bakeries, hair and make up, and everything else we needed. She was our go to for every little detail of our day and she was with us the entire day to make sure it was seamless and we wanted for nothing.
Anisha made us feel like we were coming home to family when we arrived and had this ceremony out of country. She is so talented and personable and is the perfect choice for your elopement or full wedding ceremony alike!

Anisha worked so hard to provide us with the fairytale wedding of our dreams. My husband and I planned our whole wedding from New Mexico, a 7 hour time difference, but somehow Anisha ALWAYS made it work – she was constantly emailing, calling and messaging with updates. Every hang up with a vendor or booking issue, Anisha would smooth it out for me before I could even start to stress. Anisha put all my anxieties to ease, even when I had a meltdown the week before the wedding. Anisha handled everything with grace. Our wedding was truly the most wonderful day of our lives. We had 30 people travelling from all over to our wedding and everyone raved about how much they loved our planner. I can’t give enough thanks to Anisha, she made all my bridal dreams a reality. Anisha made our wedding day completely stress free. Her planning allowed us to focus on us and not have to worry about anything else. Even when I had moments of panic Anisha was able to easily handle everything that we threw at her. Coming from overseas I thought there would be multiple bumps throughout the day but we didn’t have one. Even though the weather was terrible Anisha somehow gathered everyone at the exact right moment and pulled off an outdoor ceremony on a stormy day.
