Jeremy & Ashley travelled all the way from North Carolina to say their vows on the lawn at Dunollie Castle, Oban with the most spectacular views!
They chose to stay at the Oban Bay Hotel which was literally a 5 minute drive from Dunollie Castle and I organised for them to have a cute private room for their romantic meal together that evening.
The Dunollie Castle is a beautiful venue, with lovely woodland walks and the ruined castle is perched on clifftops with the perfect lawn area for ceremonies with the most stunning backdrop! The staff were very accommodating and organised some champagne and a charcuterie board for after the ceremony.
The day ended with a walk to McCaig’s Tower to watch the sunset over Oban Bay – I couldn’t think of a more romantic way to end such a special day.
Michael Carver has captured the intimate moments from throughout the day so well – it was such an emotional day full of laughter and happy tears, and I feel so privileged to be a part of it!
